TV Plastic Surgeon Randal Haworth Accused of Seeing Porn, Drug Use Throughout Surgery

Randal Haworth, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who has appeared on TV shows like Fox’s “The Swan,” has been accused of illegal drug usage and watching pornographic films and movies depicting beheadings during his operations.

In accordance with a proposed amended complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, Haworth “often played hardcore pornography and videos demonstrating graphic and extreme violence, for example actual beheadings, on a track, on from the background during during [sic] a few of his operations”

Laura Day a former patient who first filed a malpractice lawsuit in January 2017, also claimed from the new filing — according to the recent deposition of Haworth’s former surgical advisor — the surgeon failed to disclose that he had been having difficulties with his vision, especially his depth understanding, following therapy for an eye tumor.

The new court filing also accused Haworth of “regularly and unlawfully” using the painkiller Percocet, “such as before and through his execution of surgical procedures” The new complaint also charged that he “regularly used other illegal drugs, like cocaine and MDMA, commonly called Ecstasy.'”

Furthermore, the amended complaint charged he bullied unhappy and accused in order to maintain his medical accreditation of forging patient consent forms, Haworth.

Reached by telephone, Haworth denied the accusations, calling them “preposterous.”

“The may also say I killed JonBenét Ramsey,” Haworth informed TheWrap. He declined to elaborate more in regards to the particular accusations, except to say “The truth will eventually prevail”

Haworth, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to the stars, has a roster of customers that allegedly includes “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna. He had been cast as one of the resident surgeons on Fox’s “The Swan,” a 2004 fact show that chronicled 16 women since they underwent extensive plastic surgery and counselling.

Inside her new court Day’s lawyer, Chris Rudd said he was in the midst of what he thought was a “typical” malpractice suit over a botched procedure after, through discovery, Haworth’s former surgical assistant and adviser came forward with accusations of misconduct that were included in the proposed amended complaint.

Reached by telephone, Rudd said he will be “seeking quite substantial compensation for her injuries and punitive damages for the fraud and intentional torts,” as well as restitution and also an injunction.
